Brief Profile of the Founder C.E.O
The hospital is directed by Dr. Ssebulime Stephen who is also the Chief Executive Officer, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and Surgery, Masters Degree in Obstetrics and Gynecology of Makerere University, Uganda. In addition, he holds a Diploma in Infectious Diseases of Antwerp Tropical University, Belgium. He is also pursuing a Diploma in Public Health from Makerere University, Uganda. He has experience in corporate governance acquired over time from reputable institutions he has worked for including Mulago National referral hospital, Infectious Disease Institute Uganda (IDI) among others. This has enabled him to lead a well structured hospital with streamlined systems and policies. He has laid an international strategy that has turned the hospital into a top notch with first class services. He achieves this with a backup of a Senior Management Team.

At Sebbi Hospital, our leadership is organized into two key teams that ensure effective governance and service delivery.
The Senior Management Team provides strategic direction and oversight for the entire hospital. It consists of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who leads the hospital and ensures overall performance and growth. Medical Director that oversees all clinical operations and ensures quality patient care. Human Resource Manager that Manages staff recruitment, welfare, and performance.
The Hospital Management Team handles day-to-day operations and service delivery. It includes Heads of Departments, Heads of Units and In-charges who coordinate activities in their respective areas to ensure smooth, efficient, and patient-Centered Healthcare.
